We ship worldwide including to Canada, Australia, and the U.K. 


Please CONTACT US within 14 days after your tracking number has been marked as "delivered" according to your tracking with your inquiry. If your refund/exchange is approved, you will be given an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) along with instructions to complete your return. Item must be returned in unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition in original packaging and in resalable condition. Production knives may be charged a 15% restocking fee. Item must be received within 14 days after the RMA # has been approved and assigned. Refund will be returned to the same method of payment used to make your purchase, minus the original shipping fee. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping fee is non refundable. If you received the item with free shipping, you will receive the full refund less $5 to cover our original shipping costs.


Payments made on custom goods are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Our custom goods (knives, jewelry, etc.) are "MADE TO ORDER" and "PERSONALIZED" which means that resources time, material, and labor (AKA blood, sweat, tears, and steel - literally) are immediately and irreversibly used to create a unique, one of a kind product, specifically for you, at your request. These resources are non-refundable expenses for us and therefore they must also be non-refundable to you. There is a healthy secondary market to many of our custom products where many of them may be sold at a profit immediately after purchase. Please consider this as an alternative solution. If there is a defect or error in the product, please CONTACT US immediately.


If you have found an issue in quality or craftsmanship with a custom product from us, please CONTACT US immediately and we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. Products that have been subject to abuse are not eligible under this guarantee. Custom products that are sold on our site are described as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for slight variations in measurements, color, or degree of defect (e.g. light scratch versus a scratch). Any remedy for an unintentional error in the description, pricing, or availability is at our discretion. Items that you wish to return due to a manufacturers defect are encouraged to contact the manufacturer directly for a resolution.


Shipping costs are calculated automatically upon checkout. Currently all orders ship via USPS.
Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS. 
All orders over $100 USD within the US require signature for delivery unless otherwise requested.
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days, with the exception of custom and back ordered products. If you insist that your order arrive on or before a certain date, please CONTACT US in advance to discuss how we may meet your needs.


Insurance may be purchased at an additional charge. If you wish to request an upgrade to your shipping service with worldwide tracking such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, etc., you may CONTACT US to request your desired service and pay the additional shipping charge,


International Buyer is solely responsible for paying all fees such as taxes, duties, or other costs added to your shipment by customs within your country. We will not lower the pricing on your customs forms – this is illegal. Buyer is also responsible to make sure that the items we ship are legal/allowed to shipped into your country and you do so AT YOUR OWN RISK. 
We will not issue refunds or be held liable for lost, stolen, or confiscated items. No exceptions.

Items that are sent to the wrong address due to an incorrectly stated address in your order, can repurchase the same item to the new address or wait to see if the package is returned to us safely, and then pay for additional shipping to a new address. Please notify us as soon as possible of any errors in your shipping address. Once an item is in possession of the United States Postal Service, we are not able to retrieve, redirect, or otherwise interfere with the shipment to its destination. We are not responsible for items that are not insured or that have tracking numbers that fail to update to a delivered status, for any reason, including system errors. We will not issue refunds or be held liable for lost, stolen, or confiscated items. No exceptions. 


On occasion due to popular demand, some items may be unavailable or on backorder. Some products are more likely to become back ordered than others, especially in the case of FOX KNIVES, who may have wait times can be from 2 weeks to 2 months if back ordered due to exceptionally high demand if the manufacturer has sold out and is waiting for a new production run. This delivery time does not include any excessive delays due to customs. If you feel your order is taking too long, please feel free to CONTACT US and we will update you on shipping times or current stock levels.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. We also accept phone orders, money orders, cashier's checks, cash or personal checks, as well as bank transfers and Western Union wire.  You must first CONTACT US for details and authorization to use these alternate methods of payments. If you decide to use any of these non-credit card payment methods, Payment must be cleared before your shipment can be fulfilled. 

Disclaimer: By placing an order the buyer represents that he or she is an an adult of legal age (18 or over in the US) and that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. We assume no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased. We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was lost by common carrier without insurance requested or seized by customs or other agencies. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.
