Brand new Spyderco Karahawk Karambit
The Spyderco Karahawk Karambit was designed by Sal Glesser. Sal, who is the genius founder behind Spyderco's massive national brand has created a modern evolution of the karambit from its Southeast Asian roots. It has a hawkbill blade with a slight curve made with preicision machinery from VG-10 Stainless Steel and it's SHARP!
This beast of a blade offers multiple deployment methods suchtrademarked Spyderco "Round Hole" thumb opener and most importantly, the patented Emerson Wave. The Wave allows you to instantly open the knife as it is drawn from the pocket - because every millisecond counts.
The locking mechanism is a back lockdesigned to stand up during the most stressful times of use when it matters most which leads to a fully skeletonized stainless steel liner under G-10 scales which have been texturized for a strong grip. The handle offers a well built ring to offer traditional karambit techniques such as reach extension and strong weapon retention. It is perfectly sized to offer this exceptional blade as an easy every day carry option which is quite compact. The reversible hourglass clip is meant to support tip-up carry and reverse grip carry on either side of the handle.
