PRODUCTION EXCHANGES/RETURNS  – 30 days.

Please CONTACT US within 30 days after your tracking number has been marked as "delivered" according to your tracking with your inquiry.  Item must be returned in unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition in original packaging and in resalable condition. Refund will be returned to the same method of payment used to make your purchase. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping fee is non refundable. If you received the item with free shipping, you will receive the full refund less less our original shipping cost.

IN STOCK CUSTOM GOODS RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may notify us within 3 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the knife. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order payment.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received and must be shipped fully insured via any common carrier. Most custom knives are guaranteed by the makers we represent, and most factory knives carry the manufacturer's warranty. We do not guarantee the durability of natural handle materials (such as bone, ivory, wood, pearl, etc.) or the reaction of any material to water and air (rust, oxidation, etc.)

If an item needs to be returned due to our error, we may offer a full refund including shipping at our discretion. Any condition visible in our product pictures is considered to be disclosed and does not constitute an error or omission on our part. 

Contact us before sending any item back as a return. All returns must be insured.  

MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOM GOODS RETURN POLICY – NO REFUNDS.

Payments made on custom goods are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Our custom goods (knives, jewelry, etc.) are "MADE TO ORDER" and "PERSONALIZED" which means that resources, time, material, and labor (AKA blood, sweat, tears, and steel - literally) are immediately and irreversibly used to create a unique, one of a kind product, specifically for you, at your request. These resources are non-refundable expenses for us and therefore they must also be non-refundable to you. There is a healthy secondary market to many of our custom products where many of them may be sold at a profit immediately after purchase. Please consider this as an alternative solution. If there is a defect or error in the product, please CONTACT US immediately.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically upon checkout.  
Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS. 
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days, with the exception of custom and back ordered products. If you insist that your order arrive on or before a certain date, please CONTACT US in advance to discuss how we may meet your needs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International Buyer is solely responsible for paying all fees such as taxes, duties, or other costs added to your shipment by customs within your country. Buyer is also responsible to make sure that the items we ship are legal/allowed to shipped into your country and you do so AT YOUR OWN RISK. We will not issue refunds or be held liable for lost, stolen, or confiscated items. No exceptions.  To prevent loss in case of these issues, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE.

WHAT IS ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE?

Route Shipping insurance is a protection service that you can add to your order to prevent the unexpected from occurring. No one thinks that their mail will be lost, stolen or damaged. But it does happen from time to time. Route will give you the sense of security if the unexpected happens you are covered. Through the Route Policy, they provide shipping insurance for the customers’ online purchases that are lost or damaged while in transit or “porch pirated” (“porch pirated” meaning the carrier reports the status as “delivered” but the parcel has been stolen from the delivery address and a police report has been filed)

  • Protect your order from loss, damage, or theft
  • Refunds or reorders in just a few clicks
  • Routes optional protection is offered to you solely in order to effectuate the shipment of your package(s).
  • Route fee paid by the customer is a non-refundable insurance protection fee.
  • Customers will receive a separate email from Route with Claim protection information
  • Make a claim

LOST PACKAGES:

The shipping carrier that you select at checkout is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your package. We receive the same shipment tracking details from the carrier that the customer receives. We will not issue refunds or be held liable for lost, stolen, or confiscated items.

If you believe your package is lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address, please file a claim with the carrier of your package.

We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was lost by common carrier without insurance requested or seized by customs or other agencies.
